every 100 posts you level up and can make a new ranged weapon and a new melee weapon. I increase your health and mana.

Umm.......One question......Since i never or rarely use my power can i have it as: 100 posts i make a new melee and ranged weapon, 200 posts i make a new vehicle and 300 posts i make a new power??? PLZ!!???!
